Terms & Conditions This terms and conditions shall apply to the “Value Deals” (“Offer”). This Offer is for specific product(s) and will be subject to the availability of such product with JCB India Limited (“JCB”). The discounts offered in the list are applicable till the stock lasts. The order shall be deemed as confirmed only if the advance payment received and order confirmed by the respective Dealer. The customer specifically acknowledges and agrees that dealer is selling, and customer is purchasing the product on an “AS IS” condition without warranty of any kind and excludes and disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, oral or written, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. The customer agrees that JCB and/or Dealer shall not be responsible or liable to customer for any defects, errors or omissions, or on account of any conditions of the product. JCB or any Dealer shall not be held liable for any re-paint or re-work of the product. The customer is not allowed to cancel the order once the product is despatched from the Dealer. JCB reserves the right to modify or withdraw the discount amount offer at any point of time under this offer without any prior intimation to the customers. The delivery lead time shall be 30 days (approx.) from the date of order confirmed by the dealer. The Dealer shall provide the product at their own dealership and the freight charges from Dealer to the customers’ location shall be borne by the customer. All disputes relating to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer being run by JCB.
